We are equipped with injection machines in multiple specifications which are suitable for the injection molding of max 6300gram item. The strict quality control procedures from raw materials to final delivery are monitored by the professionals.

3) Price quotation & mould design & delivery schedule from us
4) Price confirmation and others confirmation from customer
5) Contract conclusion between us & customer
6) Final mould design with product 3D & mould 3D & Mould 2D drawing from us for customer’s approval, and mould production
7) Mould 1^st injection samples delivery from us and customer check sample
8) If need modification or improvement, further mould making
9) Mould 2^nd injection samples (final samples) delivery from us and customer check samples
10) Customer approval samples
11) Mould packing for shipment or keep here for products production
